The terms that govern your use of AI Command System and its products.
These terms are an agreement between you and AI Command System ("AICS," "we," "us") covering your use of aicommandsystem.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
AICS provides educational resources for working with AI. Some are free — the AI Skills Diagnostic, the Field Guide, and the Learning Path. Others are paid digital products, currently the AI Workflow Kit and the AI System Architecture Template. We may add, change, or retire resources over time.
Paid products are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We don't store your full payment-card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.
After a successful purchase, we deliver your product by email to the address you provide at checkout — usually within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll make it right.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if a product isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, requesting a refund after redistributing the product).
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own work — including your work inside the organization you're employed by. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the product or its contents with people outside your organization, and you may not present it as your own.
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the diagnostic, forms, or checkout. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the site or other users.
The site and all AICS content, products, names, and branding are owned by AICS and protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you the license described above — it does not transfer ownership. The work you create using our templates is yours.
AICS resources are educational. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome from using them. How AI tools behave is outside our control, and you're responsible for reviewing and judging any output you rely on.
Our products reference third-party AI tools and services that we don't operate. We aren't responsible for those tools, their availability, their pricing, or how they handle your data — your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms as the site and products evolve. When we do, we'll revise the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AICS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
