How AI Command System handles your information.
This policy explains what information AI Command System ("AICS," "we," "us") collects when you use aicommandsystem.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language. If anything here is unclear, ask us through the Contact page.
Information you give us.
Information stored on your device. Your diagnostic answers and result are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device so you can return to your result — they are not sent to us. We also store your analytics choice (below) and, in the System Architecture Template tool, the entries you type, all locally in your browser.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics (see below), Google Analytics records standard usage data — pages visited, approximate location from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and which links you click. This is collected only after you opt in.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other websites.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is off by default — when you first visit, we ask, and nothing loads until you choose Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. We enable IP anonymization, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.
Your choice is remembered on your device. You can change it at any time: change your analytics choice — this clears your saved preference and asks you again.
We use a small set of trusted providers to operate the site. They process your information only to provide their service to us:
We keep your email and any purchase records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and send updates you've opted into. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Data stored locally in your browser stays until you clear it or use the controls in the relevant tool.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor those requests through the same Contact channel.
This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
AICS operates in the United States, and our providers may process and store information there and in other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the date below.
